Shipping policy

Where we ship
United States only, for now.

Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout, and orders over a certain amount ship free — you'll see both before you pay.

How long it takes
Two to five business days to print your order, then three to five in transit. Call it a week and a half.

Those are averages, not promises. Printing slows down around holidays and busy stretches, and we'd rather say so now than after you've ordered.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays
Carriers have bad days and those are outside our control. If something looks stuck, email support@capycodingclub.com and we'll chase it for you.

Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we can send it out again, but we'll have to charge shipping a second time.
